Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Nicole is a 4-5 year old, 5 pound, poodle mix (possibly bichon or maltese). She came from the County pound, so we do not know much about her history. However, it appears she has had a pretty tough life for such a sweet little dog. Nicole was badly matted when we got her and in some spots, it looks like someone tried to shave her down. (So her coat isn't very pretty). She sometimes walks/runs with a bit of a limp and when the vet examined her, we discovered she has a dislocated shoulder. The injury is old and nothing can be done to fix it now. Luckily, she doesn't seem to be in any pain and it certainly doesn't slow her down. Upon vet exam, we also discovered Nicole has a grade four heart murmur. There is nothing we can do to fix this, however, most dogs with heart murmurs can lead long, full lives. She is very good about modifying her activity level and if she starts to get too tired, will lay down. In spite of all of this, she is a spunky, loving girl. Nicole gets along with the other small dogs in her foster home and loves to play with squeaky toys and be the first to eat! She really enjoys chasing the cats but none of them take her seriously. Nicole's favorite thing of all is people - she loves everyone and wants nothing better than to be with you. She is her foster mom's 'shadow' and insists on sleeping in bed with her foster parents every night. Nicole would love nothing better than to be in a home where someone is there most of the time who will take her on short walks around the neighborhood, will let her sleep in their bed, and generally spoil her rotten. For information on Nicole, contact Patti at 602-943-7059 or rcartfam@aol.com
All of our dogs are spay/neutered, up to date on shots and microchiped.
We are at petco on I17 & Happy Valley every Sunday from 11-6.
