Hi, I'm Woody! I am looking for a new loving family and a forever home.
I am a registered, five year old German Shepherd Dog. I love people and love to meet new people.
A little over two months ago, my original Mom and Dad had to downsize to an apartment and were no longer able to keep me. They asked a nice couple to take me and give me a new home. I love my new people, but they have two other dogs that I don't care for. You see, I have always been an "only dog" and I much prefer to stay an only dog. I don't mind meeting other dogs in public but I sure don't want them staying in my home and back yard.
I'm a lover, not a fighter. I will smother you with kisses and hang out by you as much as you will let me. I prefer to go for a ride rather than a walk; I save my energy for protecting my family. I love Swiss cheese and will do anything you ask if you give me a little. My new Mom and Dad say that I'm really smart, handsome and the biggest love bug ever. They are very sad that our new family is not working out.
They took me to the vet and had me tested for all kinds of stuff and had me neutered and micro chipped! They had my elbows, back and hips x-rayed. The vet said I am in perfect health.

Micro chipped?: Yes, I'm micro chipped and I have a tattoo from my breeder
Good with other dogs?: In public, I enjoy other dogs. At home, I want it to be me and my humans. I need to be an "only dog".
Good with cats?: I see a kitty at the groomers and don't mind it being there. I've never had a kitty at home.
Good with children?: My first parents had their grandchildren come for visits. I liked them, but I've never lived with children.
