My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shelby was adopted from ARF and has lived with a family for over three years.  They have been very pleased with her and say that she is a nice dog good with kids, other dogs, cats, and people.  Recently they decided to bring in some baby chicks and ducks.  Shelby roams on the farm freely, but she'd never seen baby ducks and chicks, and it was a disaster.  Instead of deciding to train Shelby or to not get baby ducks and chicks, the family decided Shelby must be returned to ARF.  So we have her back!  She must wonder what happened to her family and why they abandoned her.  Shelby is five years old now, and she weighs about 41 pounds, a bit chubby for her size.  She is spayed and housetrained.  We hope someone (who doesn't have chicks and ducks) will be her new family and give her a good home.  Please be patient as she will probably look for the people who so easily said goodbye to her!
