My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This adorable little "low rider" dog is approx 13 months and 27 lbs. He looks like a basset/boxer mix. He has the boxer colors with a short tail. When we rescued him from a local shelter he was in horrible condition. He had been severely neglected and demodex mange. He is now looking like a brand new dog. He is just a sweetheart with a wonderful personality and just very easy going. He gets along with all of the other dogs,loves to run and play, sleeps in his doggie bed, does pretty well on the leash and does good on his house training. He still has some red patches on his skin but they are nearly cleared up, this is one happy little pup who is going to make a great buddy for someone

The total adoption cost of $475 includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration . The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. All our dogs are in foster care, there is no physical shelter. Some have not yet arrived in PA.
