My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ready to make her big debut just in time for Mother’s Day: Introducing Rey, our resident momma cat. When this 4-year-old calico came to us it was with a belly full of kittens. She has been a wonderful mommy to her brood and now that they have grown it’s finally her turn to be cared for and protected by a family of her very own. What’s not to love about Rey? In addition to being adorable, she is also sweet and affectionate with people. She would be delighted to spend her days snuggled up with her favorite people. If you’re looking to add a pretty kitty that will not only be an awesome pet but also a true member of the family, look no further. Contact The Pet Rescue Center today and ask for Rey!

ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to reduce unnecessary euthanasia of dogs and cats in at-risk situations and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
