Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hercules is approximately 5 years old and we think he is a Beagle/Dachshund mix. He was rescued from a shelter in California after he was hit by a car and could not use his hind end. He had a neurological evaluation at the Washington State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital where they found he had a fracture in the lower part of his spine by his tail. Since his evaluation he's been getting lots of rest, and he has regained the use of his hind end and is urinating and defecating on his own and is housetrained. He is neutered, current on vaccines, crate trained and has been cleared by his doctors to find his forever home!
Hercules is a very sweet, mellow boy that would do great with a senior! He just wants to be with his person and get lots of love. He does well with dogs and cats and children! If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website at www.heathshavenrescues.com.
