Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Angus is a lab mix of some sort we are guessing. Due to his skin issues and malnutrition we are not quite sure. We do know he is happy and loves us. He appears to be okay with other dogs but due to his health issues we have not introduced him to any yet. He came with a bad and deep cough in addition to being emaciated with a bad skin fungus/bacterial issue and happy tail. He has gotten better so he is scheduled for a neuter and surgery on his tail. We are okay with a foster to adopt home after surgery as well as a Forever Home. He is in our St John location but not on the adoption floor so fill out an application to meet him.
Alsip To The Rescue (ATTR) strives as a rescue to make sure that when our adopters take home their new rescue they feel they have the support and access to all resources which ATTR can provide. If you want to learn how you can set your new rescue up to succeed and blend in with your family come to our Meet The Trainer sessions each weekend. We will give you tips on what to do when you first bring home a new rescue. Saturday at Noon in St John and Sunday at Noon in Frankfort are free Meet The Trainer sessions with more free sessions to be added during the week soon. www.alsiptotherescue.org
