Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jake is a 5 month old Queensland heeler! An absolutely beautiful breed! He is vaccinated and will be neutered this week before he is allowed to go to his new forever home. Jake has a personality for the books and is full of entertainment. He loves people and loves being around other dogs, but he definitely has a protective side (or at least he tries to ;) ). He has never shown aggression, though he will bark when new people or new animals come out to the ranch. I do not recommend Jake lives with cats or small children under 8 years of age. Again, has never shown aggression, but having gotten to know him over the past 2 months, his personality tells me that he will do best around children that will respect a pet and not around cats that he can chase.
We are still working with Jake on crate training and potty training, but he is coming along swimmingly! I do not recommend that Jake is placed in an apartment or home with small backyard; he is a heeler and needs room to run and burn off his energy. He would make an excellent ranch dog / cattle herder!
