My story

Jackie is an 10 month old Wheaten Terrier mix and she is ready to find her Forever Family!

This sweet, spunky girl has a lot of energy and loves everyone she meets! Jackie is great with dogs, cats, and children. She loves to play tug-of-war and wrestle with her friends, and she loves cuddling up in your lap to take a nap. She is spayed, microchipped, current on vaccines, and crate trained!

Jackie was rescued from a shelter in California and she couldn't use her back legs. She was thought to have gotten her tail stuck in something and struggled to pull it free. Part of her tail had to be amputated and she still has some neurological symptoms due to the injury. Jackie can run and play with the best, and she does not need a wheelchair. She just has a little wobble to her hind end! Jackie does not know when she has to go potty...until she is actually going. She can empty her bladder completely so she does not need expressed, but she does wear diapers when she is indoors just in case. She will even stand still while you put it on!
