My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Wendy is a special needs senior dog. She is 12 years old, blind and has diabetes and needs insulin on a regular basis. This poor girl doesn't let her stop her from getting around and enjoying life.

On the outside she is just a teeny, tiny, itty, bitty dog. On the inside? She's so full of life, that it's hard to believe that she's even approx 12 years old. She's funny, and loving, and very active. She gets along with fellow canines, cats, and children. One of Wendy's favorite things to do, is to go for walks.

Wendy has chronic dry eye, and needs daily eye gel, and even though she is blind, she's proven that this small detail will NOT stop her from living!

Wendy is up to date on shots, microchipped, and ready for you to make her part of your family. She needs a dedicated family that will make sure she gets her insulin at the same time every 12 hours and that their home is safe for a blind dog.
