Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Happy Lollie!
The name says it all! Lollie is one sweet, happy pup and she’s sure to make the family lucky enough to adopt her happy as well. this lovely little girl will be a perfect new addition to a family.
Lollie is a young Chihuahua, Jack Russell Terrier mix and she manages to combine the best of both breeds. She is friendly, outgoing and very well behaved. Lollie loves to romp in a back yard, go for walks or car rides but is at her very happiest when she’s getting her tummy rubbed.
Lollie is approximately 2 years old and weighs 15 pounds. She is house and crate trained and is such a good girl about coming when called. Although young she is not a chewer or destructive in the house.
Lollie has been fixed, brought up to date on her vaccination and is micro chipped. Our vet has pronounced her in great health. She is very easy to train and is eager to please but sensitive to being fussed at.
Lolli’s friendly, spunky and happy outlook means that she would do well in an active home, perhaps with children who want to play as much as she does. Lollie is a bit shy of strange dogs but has done great with her doggie foster brother and sister. She enjoys chasing them around in the back yard and is happy to share the petting and the couch with them.
We do our very best to place our foster pups in the right environment to suit their individual needs. With this goal in mind, Lollie’s new home will need to have a fenced in back yard. She is not suited to living in an apartment. Although good with children, due to her smaller size, we are only considering homes with children over the age of 5. Her new family will need to be able to commit to seeing that she gets the regular exercise that is key to having a healthy, happy young dog.
*****A vet reference is required to be considered as a new family for Lollie. FCDF performs a home visit with the perspective animal so out of state or area adoption will not be possible*****
