My story

Make way - Girlie is here! This sweet little nugget is a 9 month old pittie mix with a black and white yin yang face that melts hearts everywhere she goes. Girlie came in to ACL as a stray, but she was obviously a loved pet - she's in good health, clean, and extremely lovable. Though Girlie sadly didn't find her first family, we know we can find her next one! Girlie is a little on the submissive side, so she'll need a gentle family who can help her build her confidence. She likes other dogs but can become overwhelmed by really dominant or hyperactive energy. She'd do very well with another mellow dog who could show her the ropes. Girlie would also likely be good with dog-savvy cats, and friendly, respectful kids of all ages. Girlie is a sweet dog without a mean bone in her body - come meet her and see what we mean!
