Earl is a stub-tailed, 5 year old 55 lb Brown Heeler, possibly mixed with Australian Shepherd. He was born without a tail. He is house trained, uses a doggy door, has wonderful recall and doesn't run off. Earl is fully vetted. He was a Shelter dog, taken in as an owner surrender from the Peachtree area of Cherokee County, NC. He came in needing a dental but already fixed. He had 9 teeth removed and is feeling wonderful now. This is a sweet and lovable dog, a perfect family pet who loves people and children and gets along fine with other dogs. He likes to sit cross-legged on the floor watching you and his fur is very curly. Earl was adopted in May, 2018 by Cindy's son Ben Mulkey. He died in late 2019 when hit by a neighbor's car in a driveway and is buried at the Little Easy.
