Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Basil is a fun loving "BAGEL" ... a mix of beagle and basset. What a sweet personality he has. Loves everybody and everything. He was rescued from Muskingum County pound in Ohio along with his
cell mate, Homer. Basil's owner no longer wanted him so he was dumped at the pound. He's house trained, gets along with other dogs and even likes the cats. He is the perfect size for kids.
He will require a securely fenced yard. Hounds do like to escape. Unlike his buddy, Homer, Basil isn't a jumper so a regular fenced yard should be OK.
