Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Coco was an owner surrender to our rescue due to family issues and in our opinion this was actually necessary for the safety of the poor dog who is very timid and likes quiet. She is 9 years old and 9 lbs. Coco will present herself super scared and would take to her crate for security. She will shortly after come peek and sneak out and make friends with you slowly. She will become your best and loyal friend for sure. There is not handling issue for Codo especially once she knows you. She uses pee pads but she also loves to go outside to be in the yard but she will come back inside to use her pad so if you don't want a pad dog she is not for you. Coco would not be good in a house with little children as she would be terrified due to her previous home. She has no known health conditions and has had lab testing and hw tested negative. She is ready for a new life.
Must be over 21 to adopt and should be in Long Island or vicinity. Home check, references are part of the process to adopt. In Coco's case must be a family who are quieter. She would love a fenced yard to go outside to play. .
