Updated Bio 7-5-16 Doogie is an amazing 8 year old, 12 pound Yorkie mix sweetheart. He is being fostered in Largo, FL. Doogie's adoption fee is $300 and includes all vetting (neuter, dental cleaning, immunizations, microchip and chip registration). A Vet reference, personal references, and home visit are required for adoption. You may apply to adopt Doogie by going to our website at www.unitedyorkierescue.org and completing the adoption application located on our home page.



Doogie is an awesome little ball of love. Please check out his new glamour shots! Doogie is socializing much better. He gets along fine with dogs his size or smaller, but still gets a little nervous around bigger dogs and when people approach him too fast. He needs an introduction and then he’s fine. He loves to be close to his people and go for walks and rides in his foster mom’s doggy stroller with his foster brother.



It’s all good new for Doogie. He is house trained, leash trained, and rides nicely in the car. He is all up to date on his vaccinations. Doogie had his dental and he’s ready and waiting for his forever home.



Doogie would love to have his forever home with someone who can and will to spend lots of time with him. If you are the perfect person for Doogie be ready for lots and lots of love and kisses. He loves to sit on his foster mom’s lap and can’t get enough cuddle time.
