Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello dahlings! My name is Stacey and although a lady doesn't usually admit their age, I'll tell you I'm almost four years old. I know...I'm absolutely stunning, aren't I? I have the most beautiful white fur and I know you just can't resist my eyes. How often do you see two different colour eyes? I am just sooooo fabulous! Someone please fetch my tiara! I love to be in the spotlight of bright, sunny windows. I could just lounge there all day. The sun makes my fur look even more beautiful than it already is. I just love my filet mignon (wet food) and caviar (treats) and as long as they are delivered to me on time, I'm a very happy girl. I might be a bit shy when you first bring me home, but give me some time to adjust and you will see in time that I love to play. I won't always admit it, but I do have a silly side. I really love the dangly, shiny thing. Shiny - like diamonds! I can be a bit of a diva sometimes (come on ladies, let's be honest, who isn't?) so I'm not a big fan of new people coming into my space. It would be great if my new home has a separate boudoir for me to retreat to when I've had enough of the spotlight and just need to be alone. I need a person who understands cat language and my subtle messages to you. You know, like when I've had enough petting, and I get a bit agitated, just know that it's time to stop. Loud noises stress me out, so I would definitely need a quiet home, with no other pets or children.
I can't believe that someone abandoned me when I was younger. I was brought into some place called Animal Control and trust me; it did not live up to my standards. I was glad when I was brought into the rescue, but it's time for me to find my own home. The living quarters in the adoption centre are a bit cramped for my liking.
As long as you give me the chance to settle in, with my own space to retreat to, I would be pleased to show you how loving I can be.
