My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Santo is about 15lbs. and approx. 3 years old. He was part of the 2nd Kansas group of 9 dogs. Most of the group was very feral. Santo follows his foster mom around, plays fetch the Iggy way, will come when called. He has learned fun awaits when the halter and leash come out. He gets excited like the rest and even whines alittle. He enjoys the car now & going to the dog park or friends? houses for playdates. Still skittish, but is learning that he is now safe. No inside accidents in the last several months. Weather doesn?t bother him. He will even run through puddles. Need an asst. in the kitchen? Food really gets his attention. He is smart and good at nose work games. Santo will need to be adopted to a home that understand the needs of a skittish dog and not adopted as an only dog.
