Owen was surrendered to a local high kill shelter here in chicago Area...owen is completely house trained no problems with marking, he gets along well with the other dogs, has never growled at anyone or tried to snap.....he is a calm little dude that likes to be a lap dog, Owen enjoys walks and being with people he is a quiet dog even when people walk past the house... Owen is a mutt for sure he has a long body and short legs and a puppy face....Owen is looking for his furever home
