My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stoney is a 2-3 year old , 11 pound Scottish terrier mix looking for a home. He is warm, sweet, loyal and very loving! I found him abandoned in an apartment that the tenant had been evicted from. He came right up to me and has been by my side ever since! The pose he is doing in the picture above is the little dance he does when he wants your attention! He stands up on his hind legs and "begs" (ADORABLE) He is familiar with doggy doors, walks well on a leash and appears to be housebroken. He is fostered with 4 other dogs and does really well with all of them. He does butt heads with my male Boston terrier sometimes over the alpha role, but its all bark and never bite! Stoney seems to be unfamiliar with cats so we are working on correcting him when he barks at our feline friends here at home. He has been around children ages 7 and up and does great with them. His favorite thing to do is snuggle with you while you are lounging or napping, and will stay there quietly next to you until you get up! He is an absolute treasure and would make a great addition to a loving household!
