My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Teddy is such a great dog! A lady rescued him from an awful life when she saw him on Craigslist. He had been living on a short chain with a barrel for a home. The previous owner wanted him gone because he was too mild. The lady took him to remove him from that existence but couldn't give him a home so she brought him to us. We are truly a rehab, rehome place and she knew his best chances were in our shelter. Despite a crummy beginning in life, Teddy is very affectionate and tested great with dogs, cats and "kids" (shelter worker acting like a child having a temper tantrum). He loves car rides although he'd prefer the front seat to the back. He is a bit of an escape artist and will need a 6 foot fenced area to keep him contained.
