My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Lola, I'm about 1.5 to 2 years old. I have had a very tough life on the streets alone. I had owners at one time and they weren't too nice to me. They left me to fend for myself and I roamed the streets. I became pregnant and had 9 babies! I hide them under a house while I searched for food. One day a lady found me and she took me and my babies to this rescue. Well the rescue kept all 9 of my babies and myself in a large kennel and we were living on top of our feces and urine. They couldn't afford to vet us. So our current rescue was called and they took us all in! Thank goodness because I needed to see a vet! We learned that I was born with two back legs that are different lengths. At some point I was also possibly hit by a car. I have healed but I'm a little uneven. The vets say there's no point in surgery and to just get me on preventive care. I'm also heart worm postive. But that's ok because I'm already one month into my treatment and it's including with my adoption fee. Which means when i get adopted I will still get my trestment at no cost to my family!

I'm really the sweeteat most loyal dog you will ever met. I just love humans and just want a human of my mine. My favorite things are getting my head and belly rubbed. I also love sitting next to people and just having them around. I would love to know what a forever life feels like.

Lola is so amazing that if her new owners had a kittie she would adopt quickly with some guidance and easy training that my rescue will provide for free!
