Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Richard is a gorgeous 1 year-old neutered male Great Pyrenees Mix.
He is an absolute sweetheart and very good and gentle so he was surely owned at one time, but he was found roaming and in danger on the highway (he was not neutered and he had no collar or microchip).
He is friendly with all sorts of people, including strangers. He is also friendly with other dogs and laid back with cats.
He is house-trained and leash-trained.
He will be a pretty big boy when he fills out, probably about 80-90 lbs, but he was underweight when he was rescued so he currently weighs only 70 lbs.
He is heartworm negative, parasite negative and perfectly healthy aside from a mild skin infection we are treating, which was due to fly bites and fleas.
He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, neutered and ready to find a loving forever home.
Our adoption fee is $200 and transport from Texas, where Richard is located, is $185. We use Rescue Road Trips to get our rescues up to the northeast. We can deliver to VA, PA, NJ, NY, MD, CT, VT, and MA.
