Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gump, or Forest Gump, as she was known at the shelter, is a special little girl. And when we say little, we mean little. She's still kitten-sized with back legs that don't bend. We're not really sure why, or how, they came to be that way. But she gets around with those crazy back legs just fine. In fact, she runs and plays with her foster brothers and sisters and even climbs cat trees (which makes her foster mom very nervous!). Beyond her determined spirit, she's also incredibly sweet and lovable. Gump does take a very long time to warm up in a new setting, so she needs an understanding forever home that will allow her to come out of her shell on her own terms. Once she does, she will reward her family with lots of love and the cutest chirps and meows you've ever heard. She adores other cats, so she should go to a home with at least one other friendly feline. She always uses the litter box like a lady, though it's important to have one that is easy for her to climb into. She also prefers her feeding bowls to be raised (filled with lots of delicious wet food please!)
Gump's adoption fee is $95 and includes all medical procedures such as veterinary consults for her back legs, spay, FIV/FeLV tests (negative), microchip, and vaccines. She always uses her (low-entry) litter box and really, really loves other kitties. If you're looking for a friend for not only yourself, but your feline companion, please consider Gump. You won't be disappointed! Fill out our application, here: http://www.thephillykitty.org/adoption-application.html
