My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"PRECIOUS GIRL DRAGGED BY A VEHICLE - MISSING TOES NOW. LOCATED IN IOLA, TEXAS
Foster or Adopter needed. My name is ""Hailey Davidson"". I was found abandoned in Houston along a busy freeway. A nice lady found me bleeding from my back feet. You see, I have no back toes. My Vet believes that I was dragged behind a vehicle, tearing off my back toes to where I just have nubs. I am healed now, however, the nice lady who found me and got me the medical care I needed, could not keep me. My human angel tried to find a foster or adopter for me, but no one stepped. I am now at the sanctuary, but would really like a home of my own. I just really want to be in someone's lap, being petted and cuddled. I am a very affectionate girl. I do love to play and take walks. When my human angel comes to visit me, I cry when she leaves, I don’t want to be here, alone. As the weather starts getting hotter, I will be wishing for a cool place to rest. It makes me very sad that no one wants me. They just don't know me!
This baby has had a horrific past - she deserves a happy - ever - after !
Hailey is fully vetted, spayed and micro-chipped. She is approximately 3 years old and weighs 40 lbs. She is good with dogs but prefers not to be around cats.
