My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lady is a very very sweet and gentle little dog. She is a very easy IG to own compared to most. Lady is around 7 years old, and she is red fawn in color with a black muzzle (face). She puts her paws on your side to say hello and get attention. Lady has big beedy eyes that make you want to give her constant attention.

Lady prefers to be around women, but is ok with men also. She likes to lay on the couch and get scratched behind her ears. This girl is fully kennel trained, and doesn't mind spending time in her kennel at all. Since she arrived she hasn't barked once, and seems to be pretty good in the housetraining department. We have even caught her going to the door to signal that she needs to go outside.

Lady was adopted out by the Nebraska Humane Society originally, and her adopting home was having housetraining issues, but we haven't seen such problems with her. She was returned to the NHS, and after a week of not getting adopted she was turned over to IG rescue where she has settled in with the other dogs perfectly fine.

Lady is being fostered in Lincoln, NE. She has already been spayed, and is now up-to-date on shots, so she is ready for her new home to find her.October 23, 2024, 12:07 am
