Toby is the friendliest guy -- his tail never stops wagging! He greets everyone he sees, loves playing in the yard and taking walks. The shelter called him a shetland sheepdog mix, but we can't figure out what he is mixed with, but whatever it is, it made him really cute, as you can see! He is about 2 years old, neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. Come and meet Toby -- he can't wait to meet his family!
