My story

Wendell is a two year old Shih Tzu/Brussels Griffon mix who came in as a stray from another animal control facility still wearing his bandanna from the groomer! This poor guy never found his family. Wendell is shy and nervous in the shelter, but he's very affectionate once he trusts you. He would prefer an adult home with another low-key dog, and he may even be good with dog-savvy cats. Your patience and gentleness with him will be rewarded - though he's stressed out by kennel life, he blossoms with a little TLC! Wendell is housebroken, quiet, and good on his leash. He is the perfect companion to be by your side - are you ready for him?
