My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Josie is 14 weeks old and weigh 32 pounds. We have no idea what breed her mom and dad were. We are guessing she is a Black Mouth Cur. She has big paws, long legs, and beautiful brown eyes. An adopter should be prepared for a large adult dog.
Josie came into rescue because she was dumped out in the country in rural Missouri with her brother Jax. The pups were on their own, scared and hungry. When Josie was found she weighed 24 pounds and we could count every rib. She is thriving in her foster home. Josie is gaining confidence every day and has started acting like a normal pup stealing slippers from the closet. She does well with other dogs and would enjoy another dog to play with.
Josie is spayed, vaccinated for rabies, and is microchipped. She has had her first distemper vaccination but will require 2 more before she is fully vetted. Josie is doing very well at housetraining but no puppy is 100% trained.
