My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Summer is 4-5 years old, purebred, spayed, current on everything, house trained, crate trained, quiet, smart, intelligent, obedience trained, etc etc....we're going to say she is not good with small breed female dogs, although it was a one time incident after weeks of no problems. Unknown what the trigger was. She is fine around large breed, friendly dogs and shows no interest in cats. This dog pretty much just minds her business and walks around looking beautiful.

Looking for her "perfect" home.....committed, indoor, forever, loving, companion family member. Not a lawn ornament, kenneled, tie-out, run loose type dog. As with any of our rescues.
Summer is light heartworm positive, very light as shown as her xrays, so we'll treat her slow kill for this. Adopter must complete our adoption application, have a current and verifiable vet reference, a professional and personal reference, a home check, and all current dogs, if any, in your household must be UTD on vaccines, altered, on HW/flea/tick preventative. There is a $300 adoption fee for her. We're going to ask her forever home have a fenced yard for her to enjoy the outdoors in. And we want updates of her life with her. She will only go to a home that adheres to everything listed in this post, and to the best family.
