My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Izzy is a wonderful puppy and has a very nice temperament. Her foster mom is totally in love with her, and thinks she's one of the best puppies she has ever had. She is a super loving little girl...and would make a great second dog!

She's about 5-6 months old k and weighs about 23 lbs. She is a fun puppy who loves being held and sitting calmly with you watching TV, but can be active and fun for hiking, dog parks and play groups. Her normal state is pretty calm, although for about 1 hour a day she gets the 'zoomies' and acts like a crazy puppy. She will make anyone a fantastic companion.

She knows all her basic commands and learns everything fast. She's working hard on house training...and gets the concept...with a few accidents. This is one terrific puppy.

Izzy is one lucky pup. A Belgian volunteer saw her on the side of the road in Guatemala and brought her to a shelter run by an American woman. She was specifically chosen to come to America because of her amazing temperament. After being here one week, we have seen her amazing personality. She's a cuddly puppy.

There is a fee for adoption as we are a 501 c 3 non profit. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on all shots. Included in your adoption is a free wellness visit at the SF SPCA vet hospital.
