My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Byrdie is a 3.5 year black female who was surrendered to rescue because her owner could not afford her care. From what we can tell, Byrdie was originally adopted at the age of 8months from another rescue and had all of her vetting done. After going home with her owner, her vaccines and heartworm treatment were never done. That has all been brought up to date and we are very happy tor report that she is heartworm and lyme negative. Her skin is in poor shape right now but with a high quality diet and some medicated baths, she will get her luxurious black fur back in no time. Byrdie is just as sweet and gentle as can be. She is doing wonderfully in foster care. She is a very, very calm dog who just wants to be loved and nurtured. She does well with everyone she meets and is fine with other dogs. Cats are unknown at this point . Can you give Byrdie her forever home?

All of our dogs will go home with 30 days of free health insurance and a microchip
