My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Initial bio 2/23/16 Timmy is a very cute, 10 year young senior pup. He is 9 pounds of love. Timmy is being fostered in Largo, FL. His adoption fee is $150 and includes all vetting (neuter, dental cleaning, immunizations, microchip and chip registration). A Vet reference, personal references, and home visit are required for adoption. You may apply to adopt Timmy by going to our website at www.unitedyorkierescue.org and completing the adoption application located on our home page.

Timmy arrived just today at his foster home. He foster mom said he is such a well-behaved, well-mannered pup. He went on a walk and did great on the leash. He also does very well in the car. He ate all his dinner and then found himself the perfect doggie bed to crawl into to to get some rest. Timmy is getting along fine with his new foster brother.

Timmy has age related cataracts, but his foster mom can tell he can see what he need to and he is definitely not blind. Except for his eyes, Timmy appears to be in good health. He has a slight heart murmur that does not seem to effect him at all. He needs a dental and he will be ready for his forever home. Timmy would do best in a home with adults only.

Please don't let Timmy's age scare you away. He has many good years left. Timmy would make a wonderful companion for someone who wants the perfect dog to cuddle with and love. Timmy would be so grateful. He will return that love over and over every single day of his life.
