My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

They call me Happy cuz I will certainly make you smile. Although I was found uncared for and on a busy highway, I always seem “perfectly happy”!!  I’m an adorable, sweet 10 pound, 12 year old who has been around the block a few times, but always ready to go again, just slower.  Maybe my eyes aren’t what they used to be, but it doesn’t hinder me much. I may be short on teeth, but am long on affection.  I love walking on a leash or just strolling in a fenced yard. Fully house trained with frequent trips outside. Great with other pets.  I’m just a laid back, go with the flow kinda guy and would be a great companion to a senior or to anybody who’s looking for a way cool dog.  Take me home and we’ll bond immediately and then we’ll all be, well.....happy!!!!

Out-of-state adoptions are possible; however, the approved adoptive home is responsible for making the necessary arrangements to pick up their new little one.
