Meet Nena, an 8 year old happy, calm girl who was left to fend for herself in the streets of NYC but is now acclimating wonderfully in foster care.  Nena is a bundle of sweetness whose favorite thing to do is snuggle beside her foster mom.  She is shy in new situations, but once she is comfortable, Nena will follow people around everywhere.  She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys the outdoors and going for walks. Nena has started to run with the other dogs in her foster home even though she cannot quite keep up with them!  Our little Jelly Belly weighs in at a whopping 17 pounds but will be working to get a good 5 pounds off. She will be a wonderful companion for anyone.

Right now she's slimming down in Eastampton, NJ.
