2-25 Penelope was abandoned by her owner - when we got her today she was very malnourished and loaded with intestinal parasites, but she is a very loving puppy and eager to bond with people. She is an adorable, loving little puppy in need of a forever home! She needs a week or so to recover and get healthy with some good food and TLC but should be ready for adoption the first week in March.
