My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BORN 1/29/08

Mia is a sweet, loving little girl. She is a quiet, well behaved little lady on or off leash. She knows basic commands, is housebroken and crate trained. Mia gets along well with other dogs, but needs some time to ‘warm’ up during ‘first’ meetings. She likes nothing better than to lay beside her ‘human’ while they chill out and watch TV. Being close to people is what makes Mia happy. She is looking for that special someone to curl up with in a ‘forever’ home.

A.W.O.L. Rescue is located on the outskirts of Dallas Texas. The dogs/puppies were pulled from shelters in surrounding areas that were due to be euthanized had we not taken them in. It is our mission to place all of our ‘rescues’ with sound, loving homes. There will be an adoption application which must be completed and approved before adoptions are final. All of A.W.O.L’s rescues are fully vetted before adoptions. All dogs/puppies will be current on shots, worming and will be spayed/neutered before going to their forever homes.
