Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If you are looking for a fun little dog, you probably have just found her! This adorable girl is 9.5 lbs at 5 months old and is just a ball of energy! She is a happy little dog who gets along well with everyone and enjoys her toys. She likes to race around the house and even can leap up into your arms! She is crate trained, walks well on a leash and goes potty outside very well. She does fine in a safe fenced area for play time. Foxie is absolutely precious and looking for the perfect family who can spend lots of time with her and enjoys an active dog. If this describes the dog you are searching for, you can download an application at www.caresga.org and email it to us. $300 adoption fee plus donation (donation goes toward her vetting which is higher than her adoption fee), vet reference and application approval is required. We do adopt up north and all over the US. Additional fees may apply to cover any extra required vetting and health papers needed for shipping or flying commercial (not charged if you are driving). Continue reading to see everything included with her adoption fee.
Adoption fees for puppies are $300, adults dogs are $250 and senior dogs are $150. This includes each animal being current on age appropriate vaccinations including DHPPL, bordetella and rabies, de-wormed for any internal parasites (round worms, hook worms, tape worms and whipworms), tested heart-worm negative (if positive, they are treated), tested negative for tick borne diseases, spayed/neutered, implanted with a mini micro-chip and have been examined by a veterinarian to certify that they are healthy. All animals are also on a monthly regime of flea and heartworm medication. Lifetime registration for the micro-chip as well as 30 days of free pet insurance is also included in each adoption fee. In addition, each adopter will go home with a fitted collar, tags, a bag of dog food the pet has been on, Forti-Flora, and an adoption kit filled with valuable information and coupons as well as other various treats or toys as promotions become available. All puppy adoptions include a puppy training book, the Puppy Primer by Patricia McConnell, to help ensure a smooth transition for your new family member.
We ask that you consider an additional donation on top of this pet's adoption fee. This money will go directly into our Adoption Fund to be used exclusively for rescuing and caring for other pets in need. Many pets we take in have very high vet bills to get them healthy and adoptable for the public - much higher than their adoption fees. We receive no government funding and rely solely on donations from our community and caring adopters to continue our rescue efforts!
