Perla is 8 months old and weighs 18 lbs. She was rescued from the streets of Quito, the capital of Ecuador, where she is in foster care waiting for her forever home in the U.S. She is a happy and friendly pup who loves to play but also enjoys cuddling with you on the couch, or by your feet while you work at your desk.
