Smiley is a 1 year old Blue Heeler/ Beagle mix that is tiny and only weighs 26 lbs! He is sooo sweet and loves attention and... you guessed it! Smiling! He also loves to lay in your lap and just any attention he can! He is good with kids dogs and cats. His adoption fee is just $12 and includes a rabies vaccine and deworming. We can do other vaccines but they are extra.
