Gigi is approximately 8 years old, spayed, up to date on vaccinations, flea, tick and heartworm prevention. She is microchipped.
Gigi was rescued out of a high kill shelter we are so very happy we were able to help her. She will make someone a wonderful Companion!
Gigi is currently in Foster Care this is what her Foster Mom says about this Sweet Girl:
Love German Shepherds but don’t have the time or energy to train and socialize a puppy? Gigi is the dog for you! This perfect girl is extremely well behaved; she is housebroken, doesn’t chew, walks perfectly on leash, comes when she is called, doesn’t need a lot of exercise, is great with dogs and cats, and just wants to be by your side! Gigi is 8 years old and lived most of her life with a woman who was recently placed in a nursing home. Gigi was sent to Levy County Animal Services and though she was nervous at the shelter and the first couple of days at her foster home, she bonded very quickly with her foster mom (Gigi agrees that it’s just a myth that older dogs don’t bond as well). With Gigi, you’d get to have the joys of a German Shepherd without the work!

All dogs in rescue are temperament tested and have basic obedience implemented as a part of their daily routine. All behavioral issues are dealt with according to each case scenario. All dogs prior to going home are up to date on all vaccinations, spayed and or neutered. Application, home-check, and references must be approved prior to final adoption.
