Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Harvey will be placed only in the Greater St. Louis Area. No exceptions.
Meet Harvey. He is a six year old Corgi mix. Although a sweet devoted little guy, his family has a second child on the way and no time for Harvey. But Harvey is doing great in his foster home. The boy does love to cuddle. He needs a home that will have plenty of time to love and watch TV with him. He can be a Velcro dog. He likes to chase his squeaky ball, but is not yet interested in bringing it back, although he is learning quickly. He is finally getting a chance to learn to play. Lucky Harvey has a canine companion in his foster home who is determined to teach Harvey a few things about being a real dog. For example stuffed squeaky toys are for playing and driving mom nuts. Harvey thinks that the outdoors is just great, either going for walks or playing in the yard, but he wants his human with him. He can be a bit possessive with his toys. What's mine is mine. He is working on sharing. As with many Corgis, Harvey is a talker and a singer. His foster mom sings along with him. A duet. Although it takes Harvey awhile to warm up, once he does, he is totally devoted. Harvey wants a friend and companion to call his own forever. If you like to walk and you like to sing, Harvey is your little man.
Harvey is just fine with cats. He could care less. He is house trained, crated trained, micro-chipped, and up-to-date on all medical.
