My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This guy showed up at a home in rural Manitowoc in fall 2015. The residents thought he was a kitten because he was so underweight. He took up residence under their porch--his long fur coat, tail and ears were covered in burrs. The residents have made him a wonderful home in the garage and he seems very content and has put on some much needed weight. Unfortunately, one of the family members is highly allergic to cats (and he is a real animal lover!) otherwise Kitty would have been brought into their house months ago. The residents feel bad that Kitty is living outdoors and they are determined to find him an indoor home. He loves to be held and picked up, he purrs when petted, and is not the least bit intimidated by large dogs. He is a very loving cat. He stays very close to his new home and even sleeps under the porch with baby bunnies--a hunter he is not!

Kitty is neutered and front-declawed. The vet estimates that he is about 7-8 years old. Kitty is now microchipped and has been dewormed. He is a big boy weighing in at 13 pounds. His coat is a little scruffy looking, but with an indoor home, good diet and some brushing this guy is going to be even more gorgeous than he is now.
