Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This gorgeous, 102-pound teddy bear is like a cuddly stuffed animal that’s come to life! This sweet
boy was found emaciated and living on the streets, but it didn’t take us long to realize that Prinz is an
absolute sweetheart who just wants to give everyone he meets a big bear hug! Don’t let his powerhouse size intimidate you. (He is one of the biggest
German Shepherds we’ve ever seen at RFL!) He is all snuggles and affection, and there is not one
mean bone on this handsome guy’s big body!
We believe Prinz may have been abandoned due to his lack of training. He can get a bit wild due to his enthusiasm for life, so his new family needs to have both the experience and the time to train a German Shepherd. That being said, he is highly intelligent, so it won’t take him long to figure things out.
This majestic, two year old goofball loves to play, and he would make a great addition to an active family who is looking for their new best friend! If you’re a big German Shepherd lover, Prinz would make the perfect companion for you!
Prinz was low heartworm positive and completedhis treatment. He is blind in one eye due to an old
injury, but he compensates 100% with the other eye. Since he is a beautiful purebred with a personality that can melt even the coldest of hearts, we suspect he is going to go quickly. Please fill out an adoption application as early as possible. His adoption fee is $275.

Please note: We do not adopt out of State. Thank you for understanding!
