My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shoe is a special little guy who needs a special home. He is a happy, friendly, sweet dog who loves people and other dogs. He has a heart condition and will need to be on heart medication for the rest of his life. Shoe is about eight years old and weighs just under six pounds. He’s housetrained, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccinations. And now, all he needs is a home where he can finally fulfill his doggie purpose: To bring joy to his humans, to love and be loved.

Our adoption process is simple. We ask you to complete a one-page application. An interview will then take place in your home. There will be no adoption fee. Donations, though, will be appreciated. Adoptions outside of Northwest Arkansas are not out of the question. We welcome sincere inquiries from anywhere, and we’re happy to work with long-distance applicants.
