Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tee is a graceful, sweet 2 year old spayed female Collie mix who has known some bad times in her life, but holds no grudges. She is a quiet dog who calmly takes life in stride. She has a very short reserve when meeting new people, but warms up quickly to become a sweet friend. Tee was lucky in her misfortune in that the caring veterinarian who treated her saved her life and kept her for almost a year through her recovery. Her left hind leg needed to be amputated due to infection. She has made a full recovery, gets along well, goes for walks and plays with other gentle dogs. She likes to play, wag and bounce.
Tee is housetrained, crate trained, rides well in the car and walks quietly with other dogs on leash. She is looking for a quiet adult home where her gentle nature and kind, caring soul will shine.
If you are looking for a dedicated, loving dog, please consider Tee. Tee is heartworm negative. Spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. We consider Tee "special needs", but please don't tell Tee, she does not consider herself different from any other dog!Special consideration will be reflected in her adoption fee.
