My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Katie is a sweet young girl who has been through way too many homes in her short life. We took her in knowing that she needed treatment for a prolapse, but quickly discovered that she had a bad infection in her belly. She has been treated for two different infections that had been allowed to go untreated for an extended time before she came to us. Thankfully, she responded well to the antibiotics. Unfortunately, we now believe that her prolapse may be permanent. This can be caused when the ferret farm removes the anal scent gland. However, she is a very active, young girl. She also has one of the thickest coats we've seen on a girl. She would love to find her forever family. EDOB: April 2015 Arrived: December 23, 2015 Rainbow Bridge February 1, 2016
