My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Elsa is a special needs dog, rescued after having been hit by a car before Thanksgiving. Her pelvis was broken and she's been on cage-rest the last two+ months. She is currently in foster with the founder of Shelter Hope Sacramento and is needing to move on to her forever home ASAP with someone experienced with special needs, small and rescued dogs. Her adopter MUST live in/around Rancho Cordova or within 20 minutes, and work closely with a veterinarian, our dog trainer/behaviorist and the organization, to further Elsa's rehab programs.

If you think Elsa would be a GREAT fit for you, your family and lifestyle (Elsa currently doesn't want you out of her sight, so you should probably be a retired person or able to bring your dog to work), please call (916) 303-0334. She is approx. 10 lbs. and 1.5./2 years old.
