My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there, I’m 1 and a half year old Dora! I am around 12 lbs and was rescued from the shelter with my 5 baby boys. All of my puppies got adopted and I’m still waiting for my forever home. When I first arrived at the rescue, I was nervous and not so trusting of people around my babies so I’d bark. But now, I am a huge sweetheart with everyone. I am spayed, micro-chipped, fully vaccinated and crate trained.

When meeting new people, I only feel nervous for a few seconds but then I become very social and sweet. Walking is my favorite part of the day especially if I have a buddy that I can play with! I have a crate mate and show no aggression towards him or anybody else when eating my food. I am good with kids and I like to run and jump on walks so I’d be great with an active family. When a volunteer comes to take me on a walk, I can be a bit nervous and need some coaxing but once I feel comfortable, I am great on walks! I love to cuddle with people and dogs, so carrying me is always one of my favorite moments!

All of our animals are fixed, chipped, and up to date on vaccinations. Tax deductible adoption fee of $250 for all dogs.
