Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**Nemo is currently being fostered in Houston. He is available for out-of-state adoption to the perfect family. Nemo’s adoption fee is $500, which covers his transport home. Nemo's adoption will be a distance adoption, meaning unfortunately, meeting him prior to his adoption will not be possible.**
Sweet Nemo came to us after he was found either thrown from or hit by a car. He laid on the sidewalk hurt until someone took him to the local shelter. We were contacted to see if we could find a place in our rescue to make him comfortable for a while because we all thought his injuries were so substantial that he would not make it. To everyone’s surprise, Nemo didn’t only survive, he is thriving!
Nemo has become a happy and loving little man and we are so thrilled that he is ready to start the hunt for his forever life. Nemo is approximately 10-12 months old and around 40 pounds. He will likely not get much bigger as he gets older and would be a good sized dog for an apartment or condo setting. Nemo is great with other dogs, kids, and cats!
Nemo’s ideal family will be active and committed to giving him the exercise and mental stimulation a dog of his age and breed needs. Nemo’s ideal family will be active and wants a dog to be an important part of their family. Nemo is kennel and house trained and is working on his basic commands and to be a bit better on his leash. Nemo is eager to please and will be excited to continue learning with his family.
Nemo is healthy and fully vetted (vaccinations, neuter, and microchip) and is ready to leave Houston for his forever family.
